About WalletWait

WalletWait is a free web app that puts a 24-hour cooling-off period between you and your impulse purchases.

How it works

1. Submit what you want to buy — the item, price, why you want it, and what you could do instead.
2. Wait 24 hours. Your submission goes to the public Plaza (or a private circle you join with an invite code).
3. Strangers review it. Other shoppers vote Approve or Reject — every vote must include a written reason.
4. Decide tomorrow. When the clock runs out, you see the verdict. Rejected items count toward your saved money.

House rules

• One vote per device per submission. You can't vote on your own submission.
• Every vote needs a reason — no drive-by votes.
• 20 submissions per device per day.
• No accounts, no uploads, no ads. Text only.
